Our studio and white box theater is located in Old Town right by the North/Clybourn Red Line Stop. We'd love to host your next creative production project! *Note: Please check on availability first before sending a booking request.
*Building closes at 6:30pm on Saturdays, inquiries for extending beyond this time are subject to increased rates at $115/hr.
We are a community center that serves participants of all ages. We must approve usages before accepting booking requests, so we encourage new groups to inquire first.
Theater lighting is available for performance-use only.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
