About the Space
Located in the heart of the design district with a white stage, lounge, conference room, and production offices, we have any space you need at a convenient location for your production. Studio is a 42′ by 42′. Height is 12.5′ to the grid and 14′ to the deck. Comes with two pre-hung background lights. Access to loading docks. All space rentals include electricity, high speed internet, and dressing room access. We also have lighting and camera equipment available to fit your production needs.

We clean each space between each booking along with the common areas.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
