This is a great space for Super 8mm, HD, 4K and 6K Video and Still Production shoots, UGC Content Creation, Social Media Promos, Music Videos, Casting Interview Sessions, Corporate/Product TV Commercials, Art Nudes and Pin-Up/Boudoir/Glamour Photo Shoots, Instruction Videos, Action Fight Scenes, Short Film and Feature Film scripted scenes, Actor Auditions/Monologues, Family and Wedding Portraiture, Doc Interviews, Private Tutor/Lessons, Children/Tween TV Pilots, Stop-Motion Animation, Musician Instrumental Solo Performances, Dance performance, Stage Rehearsals, Talk-Shows, VFX/CGI/AI Test Shoots, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok Videos, Podcasts, Movie Miniature shoots, Heavy Dialogue Teleprompter Shoots. Children Show Funny Costume Characters, Pet Portraits. The studio is very unique. And features a 1940's "Old Hollywood" film noir vibe. With vintage furniture, giant movie posters, Vintage wooden desks and chairs, Private Detective trench coats, Fedora hats, Boudoir/Pin-up wigs, an old super 8mm film camera, a 1940's Western Electric Co. telephone, a pink velvet Victorian chair, Old vintage mics, and other cool props and items that other studios just don't have. The property was built in the mid '40s. It's Historic. It's been here for 85 years. And the majestic scenic views of the surrounding mountains are breath-taking! Christopher Nolan and Quentin Tarantino shot features in this building when they first started out. I've had many famous film, TV, and music stars work on their projects here over the last 15 years. It's been a lot of fun. You could make a new Cable Series about all the personalities and projects. If you'd like to stop by and see the space in person, message me. We vacuum, mop, disinfect and clean the entire studio before a client comes in for their shoot Towels are washed and ready, toilets are cleaned and coffee glass container is cleaned along with the kitchen area, sinks, cutting boards, tabletop, etc. Green screen floor gets a good scrubbing with hot water and Comet/or Ajax cleanser in the areas that may have shoe scuff marks and dirt build-up.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
