This listing is for the use of all the shared space rooms in our facility. Includes access to Common Room, Meeting Room, Podcast Room, Create Space + Breakroom (small photo space) and Prep Room. Workshop/Meeting room: Fits 12 people with desks and up to 20 people with chairs only (without the desks). Ensure your booking includes set up and clean up time. You can move the furniture in the workshop/meeting room out into the common space. All furniture must be put back into place before the end of the booking time or an additional $75 fee will be applied to the booking. Also, our staff can prep the room for you for a fee. Your production, cast, and crew should operate with-in the workshop room. We do not have a waiting room. Any additional guests shall wait outside off of the property to prevent loitering. You can book a tour of our space to ensure it's right for you before booking. Please give the host a 24-hour notice before a tour.
