About ODR Studios
ODR Studios is an industrial photography studio, shoot location and event space with 4,500 unobstructed square feet, a 19’ high wooden truss ceiling, cement walls, large factory windows and a drive-in vehicle ramp. Housed in a renovated 1920’s transformer factory, the curated loft-style studio doubles as a raw empty warehouse with fantastic natural daylight, gritty textures and an eclectic array of furniture. All furniture and props pictured are included in booking (not including studio vehicles which can be added for additional fee).

Health and Safety Measures
We are cleaning the studio before and after every shoot, regardless of size with a professional cleaning service. All shoots require masks for all those involved, with the exception of talent who are able to obviously take them when the camera is rolling. Thanks ~ ODR
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
