Our chic space is reminiscent of your favorite Parisian cafe, a private space with tables & chairs included (cannot be removed), Projector/Screen, and more! Centrally located in the Burbank Media District, our space is on street level with easy in-out loading and a small parking lot for host + ample open un-metered street parking for attendees. Beautifully chic and simple, our pretty space is modern and elegant with rustic dining tables, vineyard crossback chairs and boxwood hedge decor on mirrors and on the photo backdrop at the front of the space. Air conditioning, Sound System, Projector/Screen/HDMI Cable (just bring your laptop), Fridge / Sink, Dishware and Flatware/Glassware/Dishware available for nominal fee for Meetings. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We follow CDC-recommended guidelines to ensure our space is safe for guests. We clean & sanitize thoroughly between bookings (which have been further spaced apart to allow time for such cleaning) and at the end of each day. We sanitize high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, tables, chairs, counters, restroom, etc) and wash, sanitize & disinfect shared items between each use (e.g. dishware, flatware, glassware, etc). Two sinks with soap and paper towels and hand sanitizer are readily available for guest use. Employees wear masks at all times. Employees clean hands often, including immediately after removing gloves and after contact with any person, by washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. We have posted signage in our space with recommendations to guests on how to keep safe, and signage detailing our process of cleaning and sanitizing between bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
