About the Space
Ideal for meetings, read-throughs, classes, or rehearsals. This space can be transformed for small performances. It has a large window allowing for ample natural light. The window can be covered as needed. The room is equipped with chairs, tables, and has a basic lighting system, Bluetooth sound speaker and Wifi. You get access to the room when you book the room and you are expected to be loaded out at the end of your reservation. We will provide tables but you are responsible for any and all set up. Any additional time will be charged overtime hours. - If you reserve the room from 8pm - 10pm, you can enter at 8pm and you must be completely out of the building by 10pm - Please plan your reservation accordingly. I am a theater guy with over 20 years of experience in Non-profit theaters and schools. This is one room in a performing arts incubator that includes a dance studio, rehearsal rooms, office space, and an art Gallery. We are a multi room venue with seven different spaces available for meetings and events. To ensure social distancing and minimize the spread - we only book one of the event rooms at a time and we ask each guest to sign in for contact tracing.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
