This grand house sits on the beach. Its 16 rooms are decorated colorfully in a sort of Moroccan style. Each is unique and luxurious. The beach colors play in and the sense of space feels endless. Enjoy production in some or all and use of the beach for shoots also. Finished basement/apartment. Outdoor patios. Parking for many cars in driveway. The location is clean on arrival. List of health and safety terms are provided to owners and crew to follow. Crew supplies masks, cleaning supplies, comes tested, temperatures on location. Crew keeps distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
