Originally a litography printing facility it comes with a lot of natural light and the character of a 100 year old building. Why the space is perfect for Photo & Video productions: Windows are exposed to both, the South and North giving it warm and blue light at all times. When standing in the middle of the space you have perfect lighting for a portrait shot, for example. Blinds can be used to reduce the light from the south side if needed. All furniture can be easily moved making the space the ideal canvas for productions requiring a lot of staging. Why the space is ideal for a workshop or offsite: Besides having personality, warmth and being light-filled, the loft features a long table that seats 12 and a bar that can accommodate 4 more guests. The kitchen is integrated into the main space to easily cater to all guests using the bar or plenty of counter space. For brainstorm/innovation workshops there are 3 standing tables with outlets, a drafting table and foam core boards. All furniture can be rearranged to allow for yoga, dance or any other classes. Why the space is a "green" space: Besides the excessive number of houseplants, the space is now being turned into a sustainable place, with a new to the U.S. water recycling system, infrared heating and a solar system in the making.
