LAKE FOREST HOUSE IS GREAT FOR ALL EVENTS! Film Shoots, Photo Shoots, Meetings, Networking, Parties, Fitness Class, Dinner, Workshops, Corporate Events. The House is EVENT FRIENDLY! There are extra Tables & Chairs, An area to store Equipment, I am very flexible about changing rooms around. There are 2 Patio's in the back area landscaped with gorgeous trees. Driveway for parking 4 cars, plus street parking. The Lake Forest House is located between 94 and 294 Highways. Lake Michigan is located 15 minutes away on the East side of Lake Forest. Great Restaurants are close by! Book The Lake Forest House For Your Next Event. FYI......From12:00 midnight to 8:00A.M. the fee is $220 per hour. FYI......There may be other rentals in the space but the areas listed on Peerspace will only be accessible for Peerspace rentals.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
