One booking, a whole building of sets: Building A of our Temple City main studio, in the San Gabriel Valley, about 20 minutes from Los Angeles and just south of Pasadena. Shoot a talk show, a 50s diner, a futuristic alien bar, an arcade, and a Blockbuster Video store in one day, with a DJ stage and a broadcast/interview area on top. Crews bring their own additional lighting. • Extra folding tables and chairs • Power cords and strips ready at each set • Dressing room; any set in your building can be used for staging, and a private large bathroom works for talent changes • Sandbags and wardrobe rack • Ice machine and food-servicing area • 2 restrooms near the bar (the second opens for groups over 30) • 2 fridges, 1 freezer, and a small sink behind the bar. Microwave on request. • AC in the warmer months; space heaters and event heaters in cooler months (you supply propane for the large event heaters) • On-site manager for the whole booking • Cleaning: surfaces wiped and restrooms restocked before you arrive. Staff empties trash and restocks restrooms during your booking. • Free on-site parking (front and back lots) PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS • Load-in: through the front door or one of the 2 roll-up gates on the side of the building (ramp), or the backlot entrance (stairs). Ground floor. • Sound: a quiet industrial neighborhood with very minimal noise. • Power: multiple outlets and power strips throughout; bring extra just in case. Circuit breakers are behind the sets and staff-only, so ask for help with any power issue. • Honest climate note: a large warehouse with no central heating, so dress for the weather. • Off-limits: front office and karaoke (by request, separate booking), staff-only areas, and costume and prop making/storage sections. • Parking: plenty of free parking in front of and behind the building, plus free street parking. For events, guests park in the backlot first and enter through the back door. Do NOT park at the city-owned building directly across the street (towing). • Security cameras monitor arrivals, departures, and damage. Footage is kept only if Peerspace requires proof. There are no cameras in bathrooms, showers, or dressing areas. • Your booked time is your setup and strike time. Arrive no more than 15 minutes early; check in at the front office. • A certificate of insurance is required. PRICING, CLEARLY • $80/hr, 3-hour minimum • Crew size: 1-5 people included · 6-30 people +$20/hr · 31-50 people +$45/hr. Count everyone on site (crew, talent, parents/guardians, agents). • 10% off bookings of 8 hours or more • Cleaning: flat $50 per booking • Multi-set: other sets in the same building can be added at $25 per additional set used (add-on) • Overtime is billed under Peerspace's overtime policy, in 30-minute increments • Flexible cancellation: full refund until 7 days before; 50% between 7 days and 24 hours; none within 24 hours (plus Peerspace's Grace Period). Damage & missing items: You're responsible for damage to sets, furniture, props, costumes, lights, or equipment, and for any missing items. Damage is handled through Peerspace's damage claim process, using photos and repair or replacement invoices. It is never an add-on or charged at checkout.
