FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS:
• Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol
• Outside food is allowed
• Full kitchen
• Cooking and food preparation is allowed on site
• Television, Speakers,
• Three LED-touch control Vanity Mirror with lights available upon request (pictured in photos)
• Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers, DJ is not allowed
• Space Rules: Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed, No loud music
• Ideal space for: Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.), Banquet Events (Corporate Events, Charity Event, etc.), Corporate meetings
This bright and open studio is the perfect space to gather, design, or create!
Our 1300 square feet studio is conveniently located just off from US 90/94 with easy street parking and just a 5-minute walk from the Irving Park Blue Line stop.
Our space features:
-13-foot ceilings
-Beautiful kitchen with oversized subway tiles, white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
-12-foot dining table mounted on casters, with 10 blue dining chairs included.
-Ample natural light (huge, north and east facing windows, equipped with privacy shades)
-Lounge area
-Flexible floor plan
-Big screen TV mounted on a moveable stand (upon request)
-Bluetooth speaker to link straight up to your playlist
-Spacious, single bathroom
-Street-level access

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
