Our facility is 2,000 sq. ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, video productions, podcast video shoots, documentary or podcast shoots, and more. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space is fully soundproof, and is rented out for productions when not in use for its usual scheduled recording projects. We have incredible, in-house techs and audio engineers who can also be requested to help record audio for your project, especially if it involves capturing music performance. Featured gear includes Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a Steinway grand piano & Yamaha baby piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Note that rates here include access to the "big room", small producer's room, two bathrooms, and kitchenette. Control room is not included unless requested. Most clients who choose to use that room to grab b-roll or a specified scene. We look forward to welcoming you.

- Thanks to our 850+ sq ft. live room, we can strategically place and host multiple guests, all while 6 feet apart. For common areas, such as our main hallway or kitchenette area, we ask that guests please stagger use to keep distance and avoid congregation when possible. - Our team wears masks at all times. We kindly ask that guests please bring their own face masks, and wear them whenever possible. - We have a HEPPA air filters strategically placed as an extra precaution. - We have hand sanitizer available throughout the space to encourage frequent use. - In between bookings, our staff clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces, such as workstations, countertops, and doorknobs. We also regularly disinfect all surfaces after sessions: workstations, most gear, seating, restrooms, offices, door handles and push panels, etc. When cleaning/disinfecting, we use appropriate products based on guidelines by the CDC and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA - pg 12).
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
