The room rental includes self-service coffee/tea/water, WIFI and free outgoing local & domestic long distance calls. Our meeting facilities come with a thoroughly trained, professional support staff in case you need further assistance such as printing/copying/scanning. LOCATION: The building provides easy access to multiple major highways. Free on-site parking, and street parking. There is a bus stop in front of the building and The Rio Vista trolley station is 1 block away. For the traveling business person, the San Diego International Airport is only 10 minutes away as well as Downtown San Diego and beaches. A Marriott Hotel is located just across the street from the building. Also just across the street there is a Credit Union ATM. Nearby restaurants include Oggi's, Breakfast Republic, Cheesecake Factory, Broken Yolk Cafe, BJ’s, Islands, Yard House, Kings Fish House, Lazy Dog, Buffalo Wild Wings and Wood Ranch BBQ just to name a few. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
