About Eris

WELCOME! We are a two floor, fully-licensed bar created by artists, for artists of all kinds and the community. Great for private events or public performances. Included in the space is a large stage, a Funktion One sound system with high-end DJ equipment both upstairs and downstairs, lighting and projector, and seating for up to 60. On our ground floor we fit 150 while our lower level fits an additional 125. THINGS WE CAN'T ALLOW We hope these aren't deal-breakers for you, but let's get them out of the way. You can't bring your own bartenders, alcohol, or security, as we're a licensed bar, we provide all of that, and state law does not allow us to turn over the operations of a licensed premise to a third party. You can't bring your own sound system, as we have spent nearly $100K equipping and fine-tuning our space with some of the best speakers money can buy, you will not do better with your portable setup, and you will probably piss off our neighbors. We can't allow smoking or fires of any kind, including candles, hookah, or anything that you put in your mouth (no, it is not legal to smoke weed in bars in New York yet). And, we can't allow vending of beverages, any hemp/weed-derived product (CBD/THC edibles, etc.), or any other psychoactive (kratom, kava, etc.). If you want to do any of these things, you want an empty, unlicensed warehouse/loft space, not a fully licensed and equipped event venue. CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS All restrictions have been lifted. Masks are optional. PRICE & AVAILABILITY Wednesday nights are not currently available. Additional fees for under 21 events, weddings, and other special event requiring special handling. Open bar & catering pricing is available. Price varies based on many factors and must be confirmed by messaging us; please do not rely on the Peerspace system to quote you the correct rate. TERMS * All bookings require a 3 hour bar minimum (except Fri/Sat late night: 6 hours) * Available 8 AM - 4 AM * Includes full, private use of floor (or whole venue, if both floors booked) * Includes bartenders and security * Includes use of sound system, lighting, stage, and projector * Tipping is not mandatory but highly appreciated

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
