Partial Kitchen: Cater your event with ease, thanks to the convenient amenities. Dedicated Dining Area: Enjoy catered meals or potlucks with a dedicated dining table. Stylish Ambiance: Decorative accent lighting creates an inviting atmosphere. Fully Private Space: Relax and enjoy your event without interruptions. Important Reminders: Furniture Must Remain Arranged: Please respect the current furniture layout to avoid a $250 rearrangement fee and potential damage charges. Plan Ahead for Larger Events: We recommend viewing the space beforehand to ensure it accommodates your needs. No Drugs or Pets: Marijuana, drug-related activities, pets, and animals are strictly prohibited. Noise Restrictions: Pre-approval is required for music, DJs, instrumentalists, or karaoke due to our residential community setting. Parking: Guest parking is available in our garage via the Park Mobile App. Street parking is also an option. Cleaning and Sanitation: We prioritize thorough cleaning between events, but cannot guarantee complete elimination of potential illness. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
