This is a beautiful 3,800 square foot split level studio and multi-purpose space with white walls and 24 ft high ceilings in the heart of the DTLA Arts District. There are industrial windows on the first floor and mezzanine level that let in lots of natural light. The entrance is located on the first floor with easy street access. The studio has a has a white backdrop with several seamless options, which is perfect for fashion shoots, e-commerce, editorial, etc. There is a make up station, bathroom, kitchen, with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. In addition to the studio there is a reception area, conference room and two living rooms. The studio is fully equipped with two AC's and power outlets on every wall, lights, flags, c-stands, sandbags and backdrops. The furniture and props can be moved around and used as needed. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, convent stores, all within walking distance. The studio holds 25 - 40 comfortably. ***PLEASE NOTE the price of $50 an hour is only for photo shoots. If you would like to film/video in this location (other than social media needs during a photo shoot) the price is double for music videos, interviews, short films, etc.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
