Wonderful unique space set in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature available for tv, film, interviews, photo shoots, and other relevant uses. The Carriage House, part of a former estate, was built in 1919 and remodeled in 2004 while preserving the original brickwork, fireplace, beams and other details. It is set on half an acre with park like backyard with mature trees. Filled with light as the house is wrapped with windows and French doors. Hardwood floor throughout. We are flexible about moving furniture, changing rooms, layouts, etc. The first floor features an open space with living room, dining room and kitchen. The second floor features three bedrooms and 2 full bath. The third floor is an open loft space with full bath.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
