We are located on the top floor of a beautiful Chinatown building with direct views to the Manhattan Bridge and flooded with eastern light. STUDIO + SKYLIGHT CAFE The combined spaces offer: 1,450 sq./ft surface Cocktail Style gathering: 100 standing Sit down dinner gathering: 44 guests (capacity can change depending on furniture used) STUDIO Our 850 sq./ft Studio is the perfect setting for: photo shoots seminars press conferences off-site meetings pop-up showrooms art installations private dinner party Capacity: Cocktail Style gathering: 70 standing Sit down dinner gathering: 20 guests Seated gathering: 40 guests (capacity can change depending on furniture used) CAFE Our 600 sq/ft Cafe (which can also be booked alongside The Studio) will enhance your event with catering in a striking and intimate space. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
