Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All people entering the studio MUST be wearing KN95 masks and allow to have their temperature taken with a touchless thermometer before entering. Vanity crew (hair, makeup, wardrobe) will be required to wear a face shield in addition to a KN95 mask. Makeup artists will be required to wear gloves while working. Photographers are STRONGLY ADVISED to wear masks during the entirety of the shoot and use hand sanitizer regularly and wipe down their gear in between shooting breaks.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
