We’re excited to officially welcome you to our newly expanded and upgraded studio space that supports a full suite of production and event needs. 10,000 square feet of quiet industrial studio space located in West Town Chicago. The natural light via 6 HUGE 6X12 skylights is BEAUTIFUL from sunrise to sunset, rain or shine! Skylight sweeps available for rent to cut harsh light and create a nice natural glow for photography. Automatic blackout blinds also available for productions looking to create their own look. Two unique spaces that can be combined into one. Half of studio available at a $1,500 day rate. Full studio available for $2,500 day rate. Studio Amenities: - 8,000 square foot studio space the can be divided into two separate 3,000 square foot spaces - 6 large industrial skylights with automated blackouts - First Floor/ADA Compliant - Green Room/Bridal Suite - Garage Door Load in access directly from alley - You can drive your grip and food trucks right in! - Free, non-permit street parking - Large prep kitchen with industrial fridge - Restrooms - 200 Wood Chairs - 20 Custom Wood Tables - 2 Sets of Lounge Furniture - 2 Bars - String Lights - Two Large Screens and Projectors (for additional fee) Folding tables, chairs, sandbags and showcards are included in studio rentals. Additional grip, lighting and camera equipment rentals available upon request.

Before and after every event we have a professional cleaning crew clean and sanitize all surfaces.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
