JAIL / PRISON 2 CELLS W/ BARS, TOILET, PAYPHONE STANDING SET Le Chalet LA is a 500 sq ft industrial studio near Van Nuys Airport, perfect for small productions, short shoots, and creative projects. The space features two jail cells with cots, blankets, and mattresses, rolling bar doors, a real payphone, and an authentic, stainless steel institutional toilet (not connected to plumbing). Cell bars close with a strong magnet and make a nice stick. There is a rolling flat with a thick plexiglass window designed to film visitation scenes. The same flat can be repurposed, creating a hallway. Also included: A hanging background that shows a person’s height for a booking photo, and a 12” x 12” customizable sign board with plastic letters for booking information. Additional amenities include: a folding table + 4 chairs, A/C, and parking for one car directly in front.
