It feels like you're in Big Bear, but you're only 10 minutes from Ventura Blvd. Very quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic. Woodsy exterior. Interior has been remodeled, but very minimal so it's easy to dress the way you need it to look. Driveway fits 5 cars and another 5 can park in the street. There's a golf course parking lot nearby (for rent) for larger crews.
