Historic studio in renovated grain mill

This space is designed for mindful practices, acoustic music and fantastic photography. The room is rectangular and does have a separate transition space. Main room measures 700 sq ft with original hardwood floors. The space is located in the heart of our town. Traveling here is a commitment but once you arrive you can settle in and start creating. Many amenities in walking distance. The uniqueness of this space is both it's history and it's reawakening/remodel. The trusses and clear story ceiling make for a very sacred energy. Exceptional natural light spills in 9 windows throughout the day. A full yoga or movement class would accommodate 20 students. A meditation or seated offering could easily accommodate 40. I have equipment needed for a yoga practice/retreat.
