About the Space
Recording studio perfect for podcasting, recording, tracking, mixing, music videos and photo shoots as well as ADR and filming.The space is located atop a hill at the mouth of Topanga Canyon south of Ventura boulevard close to the 101 freeway adjacent to Calabasas. This space offers a uniquely quiet tracking room that is perfect for filming, recording and small seminars. The control room is anchored by an SSL AWS900+ console. The live room can accommodate 10+ guests and the control room can accommodate 7-10 guests.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
