Our private Demo Kitchen offers a professional yet inviting setting ideal for meetings, corporate events, and production use. Designed with flexibility in mind, the space comfortably accommodates up to 20 seated guests and 45 total attendees, making it perfect for team offsites, workshops, networking events, and filmed culinary demonstrations. The venue features a fully equipped commercial-style kitchen, including two large industrial refrigerators, a gas range, oven, and microwave—ideal for catered events, chef-led experiences, branded activations, and content production. Conveniently located just three blocks from the Financial District and within walking distance to SOMA and The Embarcadero, the space is easily accessible. BART is also only three blocks away, providing seamless transportation for guests and crew. Please note: The outdoor portion of the space is shared and not private. Residents and staff may walk through and use the area. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space comfortably with this understanding. Whether you're planning a corporate meeting, hosting a curated event, or producing photo or video content, this versatile Demo Kitchen provides a polished and functional environment to bring your vision to life.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
