Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Multiple grills makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering, or ones with a grill master. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with outdoor couches, chairs, and tables Dining table with seating Decorative accent lighting Semi-private space 4 Gas grills Pool Table Ping Pong table Fire pits Multiple TV's We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Limited parking is available at the community, but we do recommend ride sharing. Ask us for any additional information you might need.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
