This stunning postmodern architectural artist loft in the heart of Lincoln Heights just outside of Downtown Los Angeles is a visual playground and an ode to the poetics of space. Every detail of the building has been designed by a celebrated architect and the units curved staircase towards the sun drenched skylights on the original 35ft wood truss ceiling is his crescendo.
Sleek and modern, edgy and minimal, the studio is home to gallery works, a darkroom and spacious open area for multi-purpose use. Central air conditioning, full bathroom and a kitchen leading to a semi-private outdoor area make creating here comfortable and the work flow streamlined. One gated parking spot included with plenty of street parking outside.
