Guest suite downstairs (currently set up as an office). Hardwood floors, wine storage, skylights, master suite with balcony. Outdoor space available to allow guests to maintain physical distance and/or may be used for dining during meals. Plenty of street parking also available. Permit REQUIRED for all productions. Inquire with FilmLA at least three (3) days prior to shoot (by 10a).

Limit guest count based on state and local capacity guidelines Space out bookings to allow for enhanced cleaning Follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the space between every booking Disinfect high touch surfaces and shared amenities such as light switches, doorknobs and coffee machines with EPA-approved products Properly clean or remove soft, porous materials Schedule a licensed professional cleaner to come between bookings Provide a supply of hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and gloves for guests
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
