About the Space
Fully solar-powered private luxury property in Venice Beach with large outdoor space, swimming pool, outdoor dining, fire pit and daybed. Interior has an open floor plan with large kitchen and living room, fire place, all connected to outdoor space through glass walls and several glass sliding doors. Only rooms and spaces shown in the listing pictures are available for production. *NO BEDROOMS ARE AVAILABLE! There is a $100/per hour additional fee for the use of a private garage. Pool heating is available with 24h advance notice for an additional fee of $100/day. We are not able to accommodate any rentals past 5:30 PM. This property requires: COI & Signed Liability Waiver for all shoots The City of LA requires a Photo & Video Permit. We will ask you for a copy of the permit. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
