About the Space

Welcome to our Midcentury Modern inspired home. Sun drenched and bathed in sunlight, our house features an open concept living/dining space and is filled with Midcentury art and decor. We have been used for midmod style photo shoots and 1960’s concept videos. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an open kitchen/dining area with an updated fireplace. Our backyard opens to a pool and lawn with dining space for 12-30. We are ideal for photo shoots and film shoots. We have three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. We are easy to access, just off the 110N as well as the 210/134 E. We have open street parking and there is a power plant that offers crew parking around the corner. We can accommodate 30 comfortably and more in the backyard. Our home has WiFi, open backyard space, and bright, natural light from roughly 6am-6pm daily.

We have a professional cleaning service that works for approximately 9 hours to prepare our home with a deep cleaning that includes wet washing all the porous textiles and furniture.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
