Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

COVID-19 Safety Measures In response to COVID-19 and in line with local regulations, we have implemented the following policies to keep everyone safe and healthy. Effective 5/4/2020 all clients, guests and employees must wear face coverings in common areas. Mandatory face protection is required to enter. Common areas include lobby, hallways, kitchen/breakroom(s) and restrooms. Meetings with more than 15 people are not allowed. A 6-foot distance or more must be maintained between occupants utilizing any meeting room as well as when checking in with the Avanti reception in the lobby. Please limit attendees to only people who are participating in the meeting. Dry erasers and dry erase markers can be checked out from the Avanti reception. If you did not add those when your reservation was made and need these items for your event, please email us at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
