You can use just inside, back yard area or both for your event. The space is including 2 living area, dining area and kitchen in the center with huge, beautiful quartz island. There is a covered patio and big pool in the back yard. The space is ideal for events and parties including, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, small weddings, Christmas’s party, film shooting, photo shooting, meetings, work shops, etc. it’s not available for a pool party and pool os not available to use for any kind of party or events. You can redecorate the space to your needs as long as you return everything in their original place. We have up to 30 seats available inside the the space. You can add on chairs as you needed, There are also some chairs to use in the pool area. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Serving beer, wine and champagne are ok, for serving hard liquor need to have a licensed bar tender and event insurance. No pets, no smocking inside the house. No loud music in the pool area.
