About the Space
Modern home and perfect in-city retreat conveniently located in NE Portland just a few blocks from the NePO 42nd neighborhood and other hot spots. Our space can accommodate small and medium sized groups either inside or in our recently renovated backyard which has two covered outdoor seating areas with gas firepits, a covered pavilion with a ping pong table (which can easily be moved), and a separate covered outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and two-tap kegerator. For meetings that require a projector, we have several options including a 100" retractable screen that can be set up inside or outside or a massive 200" screen in the garage.

We have a professional house cleaner who uses all natural cleaning products and comes on a bi-monthly basis.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
