Located in SoDo, we are pleased to offer a flexible restaurant event space with seating for up to 240 guests! Our all-ages Tiki Room with bar, dining room, and outdoor patio can be configured specially for your private party! From a casual luncheon, corporate meeting, to a wedding reception our space offers a unique degree of flexibility. FEATURES: - Linens and Tableware - Entertainment: projectors, speakers, microphones for karaoke, and DJ setups - TV's in the dining area RENTAL TYPE: There is the option to rent a private area (Tiki room, dining room, or outdoor patio) OR a full buy out. Here are the prices for each option: Tiki Room- Monday-Thursday $300/hr Friday-Sunday $400/hr Dining Room- Monday-Thursday $350/hr Friday-Sunday $500/hr Outdoor Patio Space- Monday-Thursday $400/hr Friday-Sunday $550/hr - Full Buy Out: Please contact us directly. This will be dependent on guest count. A full buy-out requires a minimum of $3,000 in food and/or drinks. *After-hours events will require additional discussion and a 30-day minimum notice. Standard/Customizable Caribbean-Latin catering menus are available as well as a full bar with the option of pitchers, or drink tickets for guests.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
