As you enter, you are greeted by the main living area drenched in natural light. It opens up to a roomy and sunny patio with canyon view and DTLA skyline. You will find many original architectural details as you wander in the space such as natural stone wall with double wood burning fireplaces, and a dining room with curved glass panels. Antique finds and eclectic artworks accent this unique space. Please note the piano in the pictures is no longer in the living room. However, it is possible to move it from the garage studio with a fee. Master suite features a stunning spa style bathroom with walk-in shower, a soaking tub and floor to ceiling carrera marble tiles. Two Kawai grand pianos are available in the converted garage/ music studio.
