Sterling Event Space @ 1261 Delaware is a refined, urban venue nestled on a quiet block in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver. It's a five minute walk to the Colorado Convention Center and only three blocks from the Denver Art Museum. There are also new hotels within a short walking distance to easily accommodate out of town guests. The venue is very spacious due to its high vaulted barrel ceiling, a restored garage door entrance and steel truss. The skylights and wood floors generate a magnificent warm light, creating a natural atmosphere perfect for any occasion. The upstairs loft is an eclectic and cosy hideaway, ideal for guests who want to breakaway from the fray and enjoy the warmth of our gaslit fireplace. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
