The Flex Garage is a drive-in 60x60 production warehouse located just 10 minutes from downtown Detroit. This is an extremely flexible and low stress workspace with 100 Peerspace reviews! This space: is heated and accessed by standard door and 12x12 load in door and includes: * Steel grid for easy rigging * On-site ladders * Use of water by permission (add on) *Parking in adjacent lot *Smoke friendly. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
