Industrial-Chic Downtown Event Space- Prime SXSW Location!

417 Red River Street: Our space provides a hip, fun, and unique atmosphere for private parties and corporate events. We are located in the heart of downtown, adjacent to the convention center, and blocks away from Austin's busiest districts. Our design incorporates post-industrial modern elements, with copper accents and soft greenery. In additional to our craft beer made on site, we offer wine, cider (gluten-free), coffee (for morning events) and non-alcoholic beverages at standard menu pricing. We are unable to serve spirits and are not allowed to have outside alcohol brought in (even by an outside catering team) due to TABC permitting. Outside food catering is permitted. A full-service caterer is required for groups larger than 50 people. In lieu of catering staff, we charge a $150 Food Service fee (per day) for food set up, maintenance, and clean up. Rental includes 13 wooden tables with benches, 25 black chairs, wifi, Epson projector with screen (HDMI connection), and Shure handheld microphone. Capacity: Cocktail Reception 100ppl, Seated 60ppl, Classroom Facing Projector 40ppl. PARKING: We are located on the ground retail floor of a City of Austin public parking garage (601 East 5th St.). Standard rates are $10-15/day. Metered parking is available on nearby streets and we are one block from the Downtown Capital Metro station.
