About the Space
Our space is part of an apartment community that can be used as a place to entertain or meeting room. Inside enjoy access to a 72" TV with satellite service, foosball table, pool/billiard table, as well as bar seating for 6 and small table for 4 people. Additional amenities include access to wifi, kitchenette and restroom. There is free street parking for 2 hour increments from 7:00am- 6:00pm on weekdays and free all day on weekends.

The space is professionally cleaned every day. All surfaces are wiped down to make sure it is a sanitized environment for you and your guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
