    About the Space

Located centrally in the heart of the Burbank Media District. Our Mediterranean Bungalow has large rooms and high ceilings ideal for film production. It features: A classic neutral interior, natural lighting, a Yamaha Grand piano, great room, kitchen + family room, main bedroom, teenagers bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and a California basement. On a 7000 sq ft lot, with grapevines, lemon tress and a long drive way. A grip truck and trailer will fit in the driveway, otherwise it can fit about 4 cars. This is a lived in property and we’re very chill about furniture being moved, and the space being dressed. No foot covers required.
