About CML Studios Burbank
This secondary loft is part of a production studio with stairs leading upstairs. It is about 400 square feet with some basic furniture and 3 windows looking below. It can be decorated and set designed to look like a small apartment, artistic loft, etc. It includes support rooms for talent and crew including a kitchen, makeup and wardrobe room, green room, production loft, lobby area, restrooms and an optional conference room. Space is deep cleaned in between each shoot. Areas are spaced out to abide by social distancing rules. Restrooms were recently remodeled to accommodate for just one person at a time. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the space. There is a large outdoor parking lot as well as multiple doors and a large 12’ x 12’ bay doors that can be opened for ventilation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
