This is my family's home, we moved here over 55 years ago, three generations!
Our Orchard + Meadow is a ONE OF A KIND SPACE!! Over 74,000 SQFT!!!! Perfect location for your outdoor productions, events, weddings, celebrations, parties, gatherings, and more!
Citrus fruits are definitive of California. We have a lush variety of exotic fruit trees; which includes our 27,000 square-foot citrus grove filled with pomelos, oroblanco, pomegranate, orange, plum, peach, lemon, avocado trees just to name a few!
Over 21,000 square-feet of parking available on site! (over 90 vehicles can be parked)
Our Meadow + Secret Garden is enchanting for spectacular photos and exchanging vows. Our locations offer a magical setting to help make your day unforgettable!
Did I mention that we are located on a ten-acre family estate nestled in the heart of La Tuna Canyon, less than 10 minutes from Burbank Airport,15 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, and 20 miles from LAX!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our venue has a strict COVID-19 maintenance protocol to ensure everyone is working in a safe space. LTL will have cleaned the locations/basecamp/green rooms/bathrooms prior to your arrival and restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. Trash cans and sanitation stations will be provided. All add-ons such as props and golf carts will be sanitized before use, if inquired. All trash must be removed and thrown away by the production. ALL Locations being used must be cleaned and swept before leaving the premises. To ensure safety, LTL requires every guest/production member to wear a mask at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
