Lounge side has cushy chairs, sofas and lounge seats. Exposed brick walls and wood floors. Commercial zoned with large outdoor deck for with tables/seating for entertaining off Gratiot Ave. Also there is additional space in the basement. Free parking available, in walking distance to Eastern Market. ** As of July 1, 2023 there will be a 2nd restroom on the main floor.

•We Ensure adequate supplies to support healthy hygiene practices for both employees and patrons including soap, hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol (at every entrance and other high contact locations), paper towels, and tissues. • We use gloves when removing garbage bags or handling and disposing of trash. Remove gloves properly and wash hands afterwards. • We ensure enough time between performances or events to allow for proper cleaning and disinfection of the venue. • We disinfect, use products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2 and that are appropriate for the surface. Prior to wiping the surface, allow the disinfectant to sit for the necessary time recommended by the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
