About the Space
1,500 sq. ft. studio in the heart of Santa Monica with a clean white cyclorama wall and 30 ft. high ceilings. The wall measures 25 feet x 9 feet. There is a large bay door (11 feet x 10 feet) that can be used to load and unload equipment. Skylights and garage door provide beautiful natural lighting. Space will be cleared and wall painted prior to your use. Please also book wisely accounting for the full amount of time you need. If we don't have a conflict, we can extend with 1.5x rate for any subsequent hours after your scheduled time ends.

Health and Safety Measures
Bookings are spaced out to allow time to thoroughly clean between guests. Among other cleaning, all trash is removed and surfaces are disinfected. Our large bay door can be opened to allow for air flow during your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
