Located just blocks away from the beautiful Santa Susana mountains our home is a prime location for relaxation, filming of any type and offers unique photography opportunities. Our space is an open 2 story home with 4 bedrooms 3 facing the backyard with pool and hot tub surrounded by greenery providing a unique privacy. 1 bedroom has a Mountain View which provides a spectacular sunset view. The skylight feature in the entryway and bathes the downstairs with an abundance of beautiful Natural light.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
