Our 1410 sq. ft. studio is located at Costa Mesa, Ca next to the Orange County Airport, 55 at 405 freeway, the 5 wall eggshell cyclorama measures 30' wide, 28' deep with a 12' ceiling, there no windows or skylights, there is a 10'x10' truck and 36" access door, 9-20 amp outlets. A/C and heater yes, - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo receiver - Free Parking for 8 cars marked studio parking, 5 un marked spaces for guests of the complex and free street parking, Make-up station, Under the counter fridge, Keureg coffee maker, sink, make-up station, 1 clothing rack, full length mirror with wheels, 1 shooting cart for computer, 1 Restroom, 10 chairs. For rental we have Canon cameras, lighting choices are strobe or fluorescent lighting and grip. Studio works well for: Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, E Commerce, Music Video Shoots, Interviews, Talking Heads, Dance Shoots, Cars & Trucks or any items that require a larger shoot space. SOUND, The space is NOT 100% soundproof, meaning that some sound from outside will be herd, but those sounds tend to be for a few seconds. We are located next to the Orange county Airport. Note, the space works well for 10 persons. more than that and it starts to get crowded. NOTE; Floor is walked on white, if you need it painted to pure white there is a $130.00 fee to paint the floor white. NOTE; There is always someone to meet and answer any questions and be at the studio for your session. We do not have Pass Codes to enter the studio and the studio is cleaned after each use.
