About the Space
Open, artistic 2nd floor space with large deck (and heaters) overlooking Center City. Home of the Dina Wind Art Foundation, with Dina Wind’s abstract sculptures and painting elegantly installed throughout (www.dinawindfoundation.art). Ideal for photo/film shoots, private meetings, and retreats. Space is available for daytime or early evening rentals. A small catering kitchen is on-site. Maximum occupancy – 50 people. Handicapped accessible. For Non-Profits, your guests can also shop the first floor studio of John Wind Jewelry and 25% of sales will be donated back to your charity (www.johnwind.com).

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
