This newly-renovated top floor lounge is located within a private social club. Available for receptions, mixers, fundraisers, corporate retreats, wine tastings, and more, this space is perfect for an event that requires inviting elegance and a vintage, luxurious ambience.
Three distinct rooms (tasting room bar; boardroom-dining room; club room-lounge) are connected by a hallway with glittering crystal and brass cage pendants, complete with trim details on the walls, ravishing local artwork, traditional herringbone flooring, and crown moulding throughout. REGULATIONS - MEETINGS
ALCOHOL RESTRICTIONS
No alcohol may be brought onto the premises. Inquire with host for bar package availability and pricing
EXCESS GARBAGE
Standard cleaning is included in the booking, but host reserves the right to charge extra for removal of excess garbage / waste / items left behind. Please discuss with host prior to end of booking.
NO SMOKING
No smoking on the premises (including backyard); smokers must be in front of venue at the curb
OVERTIME
Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate plus applicable beverage costs (no partial hours allowed)
MINORS
Any guests under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times
ON-SITE STAFF
Staff (number depends on guest count) will be on location for the entirety of the event, ensuring the success of the event and also for maintaining the rules and regulations of the venue.
LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT
All load-ins and load-outs must take place within the designated timeframe we agree to. If there is an event prior to yours a timed delivery will be required. Guest is responsible for checking in and/or handling any items brought into the venue. All rental times must include any needed set up and tear down - please arrange w/ host.
CLEANING
Standard cleaning is included within the booking.
DAMAGES
The guest is responsible for any damage to the artwork/furniture/premises should it occur
