About the Space
The space is a uniquely picturesque spot for the most memorable celebrations. Our large 100 year old gardens surrounding a four-story Georgian mansion have hosted many large groups of 200 to 400. Honoring a variety of fun and interesting causes, including the Yakima Symphony Orchestra, Yakima Valley Museum, Washington State Govenor's Mansion Foundation, Yakima Area Arboretum, Farm to Table Dinners to showcase the wide variety of valley produce and wineries, and many glorious weddings and anniversaries. We have a pool house with full kitchen and covered food service area, a bandstand porch overlooking the dance floor all overhung by majestic, mature trees.

This is a totally outdoor event space. All hard surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before and after each event. Lawns and all shrubbery are regularly washed during irrigation, and maintained organically against pests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
